Amelia Humber

I enjoy travelling to a diversity of landscapes across the UK and then returning to my studio in London where I strive to relay the atmosphere and emotion through a personal and momentary experience.

Amelia is new to the gallery this year.  Born in London in 1984, she lived in West Sussex. 

Between 2002-3 she achieved a BTEC foundation diploma at Wimbledon School of Art followed by a move to Cornwall in 2004 obtaining a degree from Falmouth College of Art and a sell-out graduation show in 2007. She then moved to London where she has lived ever since apart from spending two years in the Scottish highlands gaining more inspiration for her paintings between 2013 - 2015.  Amelia has been exhibiting her work around the UK since 2008. She exhibits regularly with Lemon Street Gallery in Cornwall, McAllister Thomas in Surrey, Browns Gallery in Scotland and Zillah Bell Gallery in North Yorkshire.
